Part 3: GoGladiator Media went out late at night to see if this really was a 104 hour operation, or just some kind of Hollywood editing magic. Diary of a Gladiator - Feb 23, 2009
Meeting went well with my codeRed project manager, construction team, and Gladiator staff today. Found a few minor issues on the pre-pre final walk through that we missed, and added them to the to do list.
The property is scheduled to close tomorrow, but I still do not have a HUD. So right now it is looking about 50% that we will close tomorrow. We know that HUDs are supposed to be presented for review 48 hours before closing, but it almost never seems to happen!
So basically the team is on hold for this project, and we could lose a day if it is not closed tomorrow. Not a big deal, as this is just part of the process when buying REO properties, and the cost of doing business.
We have a few of other projects going on that are running close, or a couple days over schedule, so it really will not hurt us that much.

We also received some good news tonight in that another one of our offers has been accepted! A new project is on the way, and I love my job!!!!
