I am looking for Commercial Properties with a Cap Rate of at least 8%+, buyers are in place. The property can be anywhere in the U.S. but can NOT be currently listed for sale. Prefer properties that are over One Million to an unlimited price point. Although will look at all options if it meets the above stated criteria. The higher end the better, especially interested in Storage Facilities, Mobile Home Parks, Shopping Malls, Etc.
