Short Sale Presentation

Hello all! I'm about to do my first short sale. I've located a woman that is in a bind and she's open to selling her house possibly. I have a meeting set up with her this coming week.

Here's my question: Does anyone have a short sales presentation that they use when they meet the owner? I can't find any books that provide this information. Maybe a short sales script? If you do, can you please post it or pm it to me? :-)

Here is everything! This is an update to my earlier post. Every doc you need for the shortsale is here. PLEASE understand, before you use these documents check your local statues. Also, You will need to change some of the information to make it fit your situation. Read them until you understand everyone fully.
