Need advice Urgent!!!
Hello !!! My shortsale extension continues. I was just given my short sale approval less than two weeks ago.But they wanted a closing in less than 2 weeks and an auciton on the 2nd. I've been looking for creative ways to get an extension. I have a strong buyer in place.
I've been calling everyday for 2 weeks to get an extension. Now today with the Tksgiving tomorrow they tell me in order to get an extension i need to by friday wire 2800 to them non refundable or send them my mortgage commitment, mortgage app 1003 and a good faith estimate by friday. Unbelievable. We put everthing on halt last week because it didnt make sense to to do appraisals etc before we got an extension.
Any ideas how to get this taken care of. Need help ASAP.
