Question about utilities

We are closing escrow next week on a property using transactional funding. The end buyer needs to do the inspection tomorrow. My question is, what does everyone do about turning utilities on for their inspection. The house is vacant. Do we have to put utilities in our name for a few days just for the inspection? Hopefully some of you vets will have an easier solution to this.

Thanks in advance.
