When doing WaMu short sales, did you guys use the official forms from Chase.com for the financial information?
Or were you successful using your own forms?

^Thanks. Did you send them the first time you sent the complete package?
Or did the package get to a negotiator, and then the negotiator requested those forms?
We usually send in the documents that our company generated first. Then if we absolutely have to, we send them the forms on their paperwork.
Here is why: Most of the people we negotiate for, have our paperwork on file. So we receive the shorts on our paperwork. So, if we have to, we request to get the new paperwork.
Hope this helps.
Send in a full package always. Will most lenders missing items will only delay the assignment of your file.
Good luck!
When I make a short sale offer I prefer to use my own forms. I've had deals with Chase that have been accepted with our own forms. I've found If you have a strong offer and they know you can close they don't seem to care about your forms. Like underwriters though I think every negotiator is a little different.
Part of WaMu's docs includes a 4506 form. Are other lenders requesting this form also?
