Seeking Information on Short Sales...
Hello,
I've been recently been introduced to the concept of arranging short sale deals and find it all very fascinating but unfortunately haven't a clue on where/how to start. I've tried reading through some of the older posts here in this forum but they all appear to involve case specific questions that are most relevant when viewed with an already established frame of reference. Since I don't have that framework of knowledge or understanding (even in a rudimentary sense) I felt it best to ask you all who know what you would suggest I do and/or where you would suggest I go to in order to learn the basics of short sales. I don't plan on using any information I'm provided to dive in right away into something I can't handle, but I would appreciate any information that could be shared in order to help me get my bearings and point me in the right direction with regard to learning what short sales are and how they work.
