REO's and assignments
Will banks consider offers with the buyer being myself and/or assigns? I recall hearing they dont like that....but at any given time I have at least 3-4 offers standing on REO's and in the incidence they got accepted at the same time (I wish!) I probably couldnt close on them all myself and would like to be able to assign.
