Locating the listing agent

My county's appraisal district has a website to view the tax rolls online. There are lots of properties that are owned by various banks that aren't listed on the MLS. I would like to know the easiest way to find out who the listing agent is. More so, I would like to know the right questions to ask and who to ask when I do get in contact with a bank.
