Where can I obtain or purchase a list of asset managers with credible contact information? Also looking for a list of brokers/agent that specialize in listing Reo's to market our service business(Mold Remediation) to.
I'm wondering also if we might be better off marketing directly to the loss mitigation depts. inside the banks. :idea:

any minute now, someone is going to post a "response" suggesting a GREAT company that offers such a service, and several more people with 1-5 posts will chime in and support it to make it seem credible

Thanks for the response so far, I've seeen the list here on Biggerpockets and it already includes some of our clients. We're not looking to Spam anyone more so to have:
Contact information to send vendor applications to.
Physical addresses to send a direct mailer to.
We've built relationships with several of these compaines and many of them find our services very useful in increasing the value of these properties while lowering their liability.

I am an REO Broker and marketing to REO agents would be the second best use of your time in my opinion. You should be able to search the net in your area for the agents that have the listings.

The best contacts to sign up with would be the national property preservation companies. Although, you will not get paid as much because they take a piece of the action. A couple of companies come to mind are Safeguard http://www.safeguardproperties.com or Field Asset Services http://www.fieldassets.com/.

When dealing with the National companies you are looking for some more consistant orders. And when you do a job you can try to develop a relationship with the agent for the property. When developing agent relationships you should be able to get paid more when they do have a job to send your way.
