How many REO's have you purchased from another realtor?
Reason I ask is that if you are buying and flipping REO's you should be building that relationship and trust with those realtors and they should be giving you stuff before it even hits the MLS, properties that dont even have a bpo done yet.
Im a licensed realtor in FL, but we are working with another realtor who has been in the REO game for over a decade and has given me properties way before the tenants or owners have left yet. SO, this gives me credibility to say to my buyers, "hey guess what? go run ur stuff on this property and let me know, its not on the market and its an reo".
Build those relationships, they are powerful!
