buying my first home

Hi everyone
I live in bay area California. I want to buy my first home in Fremont, CA. I want to buy it in the Alameda County Court Offices: Evictions. I called the court but they don't know when exactly they hosting the auctions there. They just asked me to come in and check the hall way and see if there is a listing. I'm wondering where else can I get the listings? I'm a 100% beginner so I don't know much about this process. I'm just hoping that I can get like a nice home with 40% to 50% below the market value from the court auctioning. I got about 200k cash but I'm sure that is NOT enough. I will need to get a loan because they only accept cash. Can any one just throw me any random info on this auction process so that I can get a better picture of it. I also do know that I can't inspect the houses so there is risk for spending about 50k to repair. Thank you so much!
