I am trying to buy a HUD property (first time )

I understand obvious fees like state government fees,

but, on a Cash offer , what other fees might I get hit with

The closing person, who pays this persons fee ?

do i get hit with a fee from a HUD rep
such as this

If anyone has closed a CASH deal on a HUD, i would really like to read what you have to say about CASH closing fees on a HUD
