Bidding on HUD properties
Are there any limits on the number of HUD investor bids that can be placed on any day, week, etc. On one day I accepted a counter from HUD and placed 2 more bids. The counter was accepted the next day, however the 2 bids were not countered, which I thought was odd. Does anybody have any experience or insight?
