Hi All,

I am interested in your opinion of the best blogs you've seen. There are a lot of standard blogs. However, many have gone far above the norm to create blogs that are creative, visually appealing, and interactive (video, contest, etc.) on many different levels. Thus, they have become popular and their subscribers find their information to be very valuable. I'd be interested in your submissions. I look forward to us all striving to have the best blogs out there!!!

I simply don't care about bells and whistles on blogs and find them annoying.

Give me pertinent and valuable information and I will become a regular.

Help me make money. If I want entertainment I can watch TV.

Okay, Nc Mark. Do you have a submission of your favorite blog that is information packed and gives you the best ideas although it may not be visually appealing?

I'm a big fan of real estate blogs, the shear number of blogs out there just shows the entrepreneurial spirit of real estate professionals.I blog about real estate and social media (www.astudentoftherealestategame.com) I also maintain a large blogroll of my favorite sites, so let me know if you think anything should be added.

I second the vote for TomTarrant.com. Great content, lots of multimedia (including videos), and some awesome rehabs...

REIstartup.com is also really in depth. He does good rehabs and even shares all the numbers.

For anyone interested, REIStartup.com has moved to 123flip.com...with even more great content, if I do say so myself... :)

I'm a fan of the www.MikeJacka.com blog, but like Tom I'm a bit partial as well since I play a role in keeping it up to date.

Mike is actually the President of our (Mn)REIA and has an amazing working knowledge of real estate investing. His big thing is using websites and the internet to add velocity to his business and now he does weekly trainings and gives investors free websites so they don't miss out.

I've been trying to get him on this board, but his area is really more out in the field making offers and doing deals. Fortunately I've been able to bug him long enough so he'll sit down once a week to do a webinar and now I've got him writing content during lunch. :)

I have a good tool for analyzing investment properties and try to post what I am doing to make money in this market. At this moment it is flipping single family homes, in the past it was flipping apartment buildings.

I would like some honest feedback because I know it needs some work.
