I have a question?

I was having a casual convo with a gentleman and he told me that he had a mobile home on his
Property and the pay off was 20K....( he owns the park )
The couple that owns the house lives in Washington State in the USAF..the 2bdrm mobile home is in NC.
Does anyone think this is worth looking more into?
I am a newbie and seeking advice.
Thanks in advance.
