Property #1: 6631 Paseo Boulevard, KC, MO asking 75K

Property #2: 5541 Virginia, KC, MO asking 50K

Both are rehabbed

Dosen't sound like a wholesale, since 6631 Paseo would be 15 out of 85 ranged from most expensive to lease on the MLS. Nearby (< 1/2 mile) houses are listed at $110K, $80K $65K, $55K, $54K, $15K and $12K. Why is this one priced at $75K?

I keep considering Kansas City, and just might make a run their in early September. Can you really buy a house for $15K and flip it for $75K?

realtor.com. I really don't want to try to deal with long distance investments, but every time I look at KC it looks pretty attractive.

Yes Jon you're right. This is not a wholesale. We own these two properties outright. The reason why Paseo is listed at $75K is because it is fully rehabbed with hard-wood floors, new kitchen, and bathrooms, new plumbing and to top it off I'm offering to seller finance. 1. 12% interest only with a 5 year balloon payment.

2. Credit and background check required.

3. Down payment negotiable after credit and background check.
