Landlording Discussion
1. I went to an real estate investment club meeting and heard shawn watkins speak and I am completely sold. I want to become a landlord. I didnt really understand some of the concept he is talking about. I wanted to take this discussion to discuss what is the fastest way to own as many properties as possible with no money down. I have money to fix the property and get it rented.. but i want to do lots of subject 2 or lease option.. he was talking about call craiglist or something.. but i dont really understand.. If I want to own as many properties as possible without putting much money down (i dont want to flip) I just want to buy it subject 2 or lease option get as many as possible.. Shawn has 200+ what is the fastest way to get this done?
