My first development!

Hi Everyone,
It has been a while since I've shared with BP and I've got a few seconds now so I figured I'd start by letting y'all know what I've been up to as of late :D

I'm in the process starting my development company, and building a ~10,000 sq ft garage with 2000 sq ft of office. The land is under contract and we're entering our due diligence period where we will seek special variance permits for the commercial zoning and get more clarity on potential wetland areas. In addition, we have another parcel under contract very close where we will develop to suit.

I'm very excited to share this opportunity with the BP community! I'll keep this thread updated with progress, photo's, lessons learned, etc.

As always, if anyone has specific questions I'll do my best to answer them!

Congratulations Mark!

I would be interested to hear the process on how you found a tenant prior to construction. I am assuming you bought the land first, then shopped it around? Or did someone approach you, needing a garage, then you found the property, etc?
