My Firehawk will LIVE again!!

My baby, a 1994 Pontiac Firehawk was totaled by me a couple weeks ago, as I previously posted. Well, I have a great auto body guy that has found a Formula that had the motor and trannie taken out. He bought the entire car! I have almost 10K in the motor. I bought my car back for salvage value of $1179. (insurance company didn't know about the motor).
Repair shop is going to cut the front end cowl from parts car, replace the other parts, find gas leakage problem and put it back together. I'm elated . Oh, the 573 mile tow of damaged car is $492!! He found a large car hauler that added it to his load. It'll arrive monday.
I leave tomorrow for a 30 day trip, 28 day cruise and when I return, I'll have my baby back.
Some people are just very lucky, or some would say very blessed. I feel both. I'll shoot a pic when it is done. Good day for me. Rich

Not stock- SLP out of NJ did the suspension as part of the Firehawk upgrade.

My wife and I have a 1999 Firehawk. #496 of 719. Black on black. M6. Every SLP option.

Not sure what a build # is. Mine has a plaque with # 80 of the 500 riveted to ashtray. Is that it? I have over 10K in the motor . That is why i bought it back. Rich in ocean between hong kong and viretnam.

OK. Maybe it is done. Posters have asked me about my Totalled Firehawk. If you want to see pics, go to my profile and on the right hand side is photo gallery. Click on Firehawk.
After more than 2 months, 2 extra parts cars, lot of time, it is a few days away from hitting the road again.
It was really wierd to see it get transformed from trash . Waiting for the refinished rims and the long tubes to be attached to the headers. New pics in a couple days. An excited Rich in FL.

They kept all the Firehawk and SLP stuff. Had to have new decals made. Both donor cars were formulas.
