Chapter 13 rental
Hello
I live in a house that is currently under Chapt 13. Does anyone know how the rent works? Do I still have to pay her since she technically still owns the hosue? I just dont know much about Chapt 13 anyway. I have done some research on it but nothing conclusive for california and rentals.
She wants me to buy the house and I am trying to gather information on it. Its so tricky I am not familiar with the processes. I got good answers last time on here and you guys are great. I thought I would ask again on here also.
