I am very interested in Networking with some new good contacts in the Twin Cities area.
I only work ethically, and honestly.
If there is any serious interest out there, lets chat.

Thanks Flipper 101, Meetup dot com is a very cool site. 3 Real Estate groups just in MN.
Thanks again.
Meetup can be good. I find, however, that most on Meetup, never really take place. My suggestion is that you look on here for established REI Clubs. Try this link:

Oh, thats great. A complete list off all the RE clubs, and the states.
Thanks alot, and Happy Holidays to you and your family.
Some of the REI Meetup groups gear toward debt management, not really the club I'll be interested. The MN REI Club is meeting monthly at Shreton Hotel in NE Minneapolis. Check it out
Thanks for the tips where to look. I won't be back in Minnesota for another 12 months, but I'm anxious to make contacts and watch where the market goes.
I work in the Twin City area doing rehabs for Investors. Cabinets, floor covering etc. Contact me and we can meet
Anthony,
What kind of investing do you do? I am in Washington but do a lot of business in the Twin Cities. I am very familiar with the area and have representatives there that do the things I am unable to do because of my location.
Please feel free to pm me and we can talk more.
Thank you,
Stephanie
Hello
I am the territory director for EDC, a hard money lender offering 100% financing for rehab deals. Contact me with any questions. I can also refer to to a number of investors, contractors, etc so you can network. Thanks
Anthony,
Where are you located? What kind of investing do you do? I live about 30 miles NW of the Twin Cities. I do short sales and REO's, all quick flips in this unpredictable market.
Maybe we could get together on something?
I'm from the Twin Cities originally but moved out to San Diego for school. I was thinking of doing wholesales or assignments in MN but I heard from a Realtor that you can't do assignments in MN anymore. Any of you guys know if that is true? If so, how do you get around it?
Hi Anthony,
Welcome.
I run a website in the Twin Cities that can probably help you find a direction once you get here.
I'm in Burnsville, MN and am also an investor. Mostly multi family buy and keep for rental. But am currently trying something new.
Hey everybody,
I live in the twin cities too, and would love to meet some investors and try to help and learn from one another.
Hi Nick,
If you haven't gotten an answer yet then this may help...
The nonassignable thing is in style these days, but if you sign it into trust and then hand control of the trust over to the buyer.
There's usually always a way around something, especially with all the cool things trusts are capable of. But this HB 1787 deal has as a tad bit concerned...
I'm in Savage MN. I do everything with land trusts. All the MN folks get connected with me.
I'm from Oakdale, MN. Trying to learn doing wholesale short sale, REO, and all other creative ideas to keep me survive. Maybe we should all get connected.
Hey I'm in Chicago area now but from apple Valley and want to start investing there too. I'd love to network.
I am interested in networking in MN too. I own two investment properties with a partner and am looking to grow. i am going to look into the rei clubs in the area, perhaps i will see some of you there.
Cheers!
Hi everyone!
Ryan here from the Minnesota REIA if you are looking for a great place to network then I would suggest getting intouch with our group. This maybe a little last minute, but tonight (10/6, Tuesday) we are hosting Robyn Thompson and I'm sure the event will be flooded with other investors who are eager to network.
Check us out at http://www.MnREIA.com
One of the biggest advantages to attending a REIA anywhere is the fertile networking and prudent education. If you haven't been to a meeting of ours before it's 'on the house!' So come on by! :)
