Colorado people?
Anyone out there from Colorado? I'm looking to jump into wholesaling cause im just getting started and was wondering if there is anyone out there that would be willing to show me some of the ropes. I understand the basics and am ready to implement some systems to get some sellers, but its the details that are hangin me up, (specifics of contracts, closings, basic law etc) i figure itll help me passed the fear, and bring you some easy dollars and hopefully a relationship so when i go off on my own we still can partner up and make more cash.
