Is it possible to get a list of people interested in loan mod? Need some boost in the business by acquiring leads for people wanting to modify their loan.

Tom,
Other than internet leads( waste of time) in my opinion. I have found many leads from my title company. I have my search set for people in default more than 3 months. I would highly advise talking to a title rep. If you don't have one call up companies and let them know your an investor, and are looking to partner with a local title company.

I am pretty much changing plans for doing Loan Modifications. It is not a real good business model currently in my world on basis of cashflow stream. But when I was getting leads, they came from lis pendens filings and when I did bandit signs I got leads.

Tom - get a list like this:
- 60 days late
- $200k+ on mortgage
- 90 LTV or higher

...drop a postcard and you should get 3% (low) to 9% (high!) call-in rate.

...or are you just using loan mods to bait some real estate investing deals? [REMOVED]
