Has anyone marketed these techniques?

I recently went to an REIA meeting where Than Merrill (A&E's flipping homes) came as the guest speaker. He had a very intriguing course titled "Real Estate Marketing for Deals"

Does anyone have or knows anyone who has purchased this course? I want to know how effective it is and if it's worth the $$$.

I know. I checked out Than's forums and also some other site that I pulled up from Google and stuff. I'm not only taking into consideration his reviews but each course that he covers... from marketing, wholesaleing, and rehabbing, plus 4 days of training. I know there are some training that are much more expensive and don't provide more material.

Now, if there's a better course out there or a mentor I can follow around for free and do the grunt work, I'm all for that as well!

Not really that impressed, I'm sure your going to hear nothing but good things about Than's products on his own forum.

Hey Nc Mark. I only say that because there are so many coahcing programs that don't have good reviews, are more costly, and don't have any way of directly contacting the mentor.

I've read a few reviews regarding his boot camp and courses that were positive and had one student who told me that they do deals together now... you can apparently get a hold of Than personally when ever you need him. PLUS, he gives you all of his coaching programs if you take the boot camp. I think the marketing course alone is well worth it. I read a lot of the posts at fortunebuilders.com which is his website.

At the REIA meeting he was selling a bootcamp course that cost $3000, which included his marketing course, wholesaling course, and rehabbing course. Although it's a lot of money I know that for what your getting it was a fantastic deal. If I had $3000 for that bootcamp I would've taken it, unfortunately, I don't. However, I did find the marketing course on ebay last night for $230 so I jumped on that one right away.
