Assuming that you are wanting the service to create, print, provide postage and mail then.....
Click2Mail has the cheapest prices and quickest turnaround from my experience.
But, their software is horrible and so is their quality.
They're fine if you're just using text but if you use graphics then be prepared to send out wimpy card stock with smeared, smudged and blotted art.
Chris,
What size are you using and what are you paying?
Thanks.
I see people doing postcard mailings and see the benefit of the recipient seeing the verbiage without having to open an envelope. However, how do you word the card without mentioning "foreclosure", "deliquent", or "loose your home"? With a postcard using those words or similiar would be airing out the laundry and make people upset I would think. Or do the cards say only about buying houses any condition type verbiage?
Doug
I usually just mention that I am looking to buy property in the area and the benefits of selling to me.
Let them know that you can help them be rid of that problem property, or something similar.
I certainly would not mention the terms you mentioned.
However, how do you word the card without mentioning "foreclosure", "deliquent", or "loose your home"?
Mine mentions it. I've gotten one "hate" call in about 10,000 cards sent out.

I don't use Click2Mail but I have in the past. If you go to the website they have a cost estimator that will break down different prices and sizes. I used the smallest SpaceSaver format.
I use Vistaprint and it has actually been cheaper. The software and quality of mailer is great. Their turnaround is slow, about 5-7 days, unless you pay more.
The information about someone being foreclosed on is public record. Most county courthouses have to advertise the foreclosures several times in the papers or legal journals before the sheriff sale. So don't get caught up in using the word foreclosure in your marketing materials. Just send them out.
Thanks to all those that have responded. It sounds like Vistaprint is a better quality option than click2mail, but slower?
Does anyone else have a good recommendation? I plan to mail landlords as well as pre-foreclosure leads. Thanks!
mail is a waist of time in my experience what do you guys recomend

Chris... or anyone
Can you do a mail merge in the text body of the post card with Vista Print. Like target city, address, owners name, etc
What you can do with either one of the products i mentioned is import/upload an xls or cvs list that includes recipients' name and address, then it prints it on the cards.
I don't know if that's what you meant.
That would be for the mailing address on the front of the card
Im talking about a mail merge where you can merge the persons first name and address into the text some where... like, Hi Joe Doe, im interested in buying your property at 123 main st....
Dee,
I am pretty sure you can do this with click2mail.com. You upload the template and list and it should give you an option of creating other mail merge fields.
Just give vistaprint a call and see if they have the capability. They should.
