Who pulls your Probate leads?

I'm thinking most people delegate this responsibility after a while. If so, who do you have pulling probate leads and how much do you pay them per lead? Also, do you give them a bonus if you end up closing on one of their leads?
I'm thinking about posting an add on craigslist to find a high school or college student.
