I bought my first probate list from Dec. '12 and I was wondering if you mailed to executors with the same address listed as the decedent?

I know this is usually the surviving spouse, but have any of you found it worth your while to do this or do you just stick to the ones with different addresses?

This is my first probate mailing. What common motivations are you coming across that the person who is living there would need to sell for a discount so that I can be prepared to touch on those subjects?

@Josh Rogan often times the "child that fails to launch" needs to sell because other siblings want their share. Often times the property is in disrepair. Combine the two and there is motivation.
