Executor with same address as decedent
I bought my first probate list from Dec. '12 and I was wondering if you mailed to executors with the same address listed as the decedent?
I know this is usually the surviving spouse, but have any of you found it worth your while to do this or do you just stick to the ones with different addresses?

Josh Rogan That’s a good question and a fair assessment. However, sometimes that’s just not the case. It may also be a sibling or offspring.
The latter is my favorite target market: the child that lives at home during their adult life and ‘fails to launch.’
I would put more time into your marketing, developing your USP’s and test, test, test.
