I was thinking of selling my flip as FSBO, but i am wondering about the company Help-U-Sell. They claim to offer discount realty services where your house is put on MLS.

I plan to call them, but I am wondering if anyone has any experience with them.

Put yourself in a buyer's position. If you see an FSBO wouldn't you negotiate your offer down, knowing the the commission is going to be low.

You are really not gaining much except aggravation, because I don't know how much Help-U-Sell actually do for you. An agent worth his/her salt should be showing, having open houses, negotiating and then handling all the paperwork, which in California is a nightmare. You should sit back and reap the rewards.

A large percentage of FSBOs end up listing with a realtor.
