I am gathering information in order to get into investing, but I want some advise from season investors here that may guide me in which would be the best or decent "Purchase and sales agreement contract that is assignable and Assignment of Contract For Purchase of Real Estate Business Forms". Thank you for your times.

Hi Alfonso! If you're looking for a good purchase agreement to get you started, google [NAME REMOVED] and go to his website. I think it's[AD LINK REMOVED]. He offers a free downloadable contract. Plus he offers a ton of free video tips. And then he offers a ton more on his youtube channel. Great guy. It would be a great place to get started if you're interested in wholesaling. Hope it helps!

If you google Dean Graziosi. He has a lot of good information as well in regards to those types of contracts.
