Hi All,

I am loving the forum and advice.

Anybody here have an opinion of Henderson Las Vegas in regards to buying a rental investment? I am looking at a condo here. I checked out City Data etc and so far I like what I see. I know its a condo but I can't seem to find a SFH or townhouse in Henderson within my budget. I will provide costs etc once I decide if this is even a smart investment as far as a rental. I have picked Henderson after lots of research and I think this area will recover the quickest. Please correct me if I am wrong, as I am here to learn.
