Visit your local real estate investment clubs and network. If you ask people you meet there you will probably find some. This site has a list of clubs.

tpalm36 you can advertise on your local newspaper hang flyers in your target area or talk to friends or family members the birdogs i use are usually family, friends,realtors,mortgage brokers,the garbage guy ,your mailman,landscaper,even my barber i tell them if they find a property that i close on i'll pay them 1,000 to 2,000 cash!!!!!! hope this helps..HAPPY INVESTING..
