Professional Bird Dog Training - I train students nationally to become a very professional bird dog. Funding Consultant - direct clients looking to fund commercial properties for acquisition.
Virtual Assistant - Create professional Executive Summaries for real estate professionals looking for funding/private money and/or selling their property.

Real Estate Experience

3 years as a property locator working very closely with high end Investors. Virtual Assistant to several Real Estate Investors as well as a training company. Locate commercial and residential properties throughout the U.S. as well as large off-market deals internationally. Started my own Bird Dog training service. Own my own real estate funding consultant service. Create Executive Summaries for submittal to private investor/funding firms.
