I have been working hard in this business for over five years. I am passionate about wholesaling and I desire to take this business to the next level. I love hard work because I love reaping the benefits of hard work. I know that I will enjoy the knowledge and experience of other investors in this business.

Experience

Five plus Years of hard work- blood, sweat, and tears in the wholesale business. I have been around the block ten times and back. Not saying that I don't have any more to learn. Everyday there is something to learn. When I stop learning, that when I stop thinking. When I stop thinking, I stop profiting.

Real Estate Goals

To move from the day to day work of marketing, negotiation, and closing to a more passive investment lifestyle. I am in the process of adding employees, and delegating my responsibilites to them.
I also have mentees that I am training, and would love to spend more time training and teaching.
