Many years of experience in home construction and repairs combined with an extensive list of contractors with talents in every trade involving home repair.

Rehabbing, Flipping, Forclosures, Bank Owned, FSBO homes.

Experience

We both own our own homes in the Central New Jersey Area. We both understand home repair quite extensively. We are looking for a home to take through the entire rehab conveyor belt and learn through the school of hard knocks. We are both very very ambitious and would like to hit the ground running.

Real Estate Goals

We would like to eventually build a cash flow that could replace our current day jobs income. We would like to first start out with rebabs and forclosures. We would like to locate, rehab and successfully sell a home in the central New Jersey area in the very near future. 2010 Q1.

Currently Seeking

A team and education on buying, fixing and selling forclosures and rehabbing for a profit. We are looking for deals in the Central New Jersey area. We have the time and ambition to go out and look at property's and network with experienced investors.
