Presently I'm a mechanic for a major airlline. Considering the fickle nature of the travel industry I'm Looking to leave and work full-time as an investor. Over the last 3 years I've worked on several deals with others and am now working for myself and business partner. We know all the quick turn methods but are focused on pre-list REO's and short sales here in the South Bay area of Los Angeles and everywhere else.

Leave my J.O.B. and do deals from wherever whenever.. Able to live my life my way with no constraints or restrictions from someone's idea of how work is to be for 8/5/24/7/365. . . and 2 weeks off - when available. Looking forward to taking 10 - 15 vacations a year and working on my real estate business. I want my wife and family to have things they only see and hear others have. My goal is to be financially free from traditional work within a year and invest not just locally but nationally.
