Investor newbie in the Stockton, Ca 95204 area.Although a newbie, I have been studing, learning, attending several Real Estate Investing Association groups for almost a year now and am currently establishing a variety of local resources / team together. I am interested in all aspects of real estate investing from start to finish and to become an expert in this field! I have been more than interested for years and still remain facinated. So much potential and opportunity here in Stockton, Ca.
