I have been a full-time real estate investor for approximately two years. My partner Ken Addy and I started a company called Area Homeowner Solutions. You can visit our website at http://www.areahomeownersolutions.com and see what we're about.

We focus on wholesaling properties. We find great deals, buy them cheap and sell them cheap. We do a full analysis of every property we get under contract so there's no guesswork for our buyers.
