Starting in 2004 I represented a real estate investment company analyzing foreclosures to be purchased both at the court house steps and through banks special assets management divisions. I have also been a Sr. Closer in the Title Insurance Business and a licensed real estate agent since 2005. In 2007 I negotiated Short Sales on both behalf of the Seller and Investors.
