In my own words...

My name is AJ and I am from Riverside, CA. I currently work as an Estimator for a construction company. I became interested in Real Estate Investing after visiting a distressed property my aunt was rehabbing. It was then that I realized that I wanted to be part of this business, and I have been hooked ever since.

Along with all the books and few courses I have been studding, the REI forums have also been a wealth of information. I hope to learn from other investors, network, and meet others who share the same passion.

I have made substantial progress over the last few months and plan to start looking for deals in 2009.
