First goal is to make $200/month by the end of this year. Second is to make $2000 in two years. Third is to make $5000/month and retire from my job at the age of 37. Fourth it to make $10,000/month and take care of all my parents expenses and never look back.

Financial loans (i.e. banks, private lenders, hard money loans.)to purchase Multi-family homes in the Madison area that cashflow a minimum of $100 per unit.
