I've worked in real estate since graduating from college with my finance degree 5 years ago. I've worked as a project manager for a residential home builder/developer and most recently as a development manager for a commercial developer. I was laid off at the end of last year and after taking a 3-month trip touring South America I'm back in the Tampa metro pursuing real estate investing. I am a Florida licensed Realtor. I just closed my first deal in January, it was a short sale flip. I am determined to obtain the financing/equity investment necessary to execute my rehab business model.
