I am a real estate professional who is focusing on rebuilding the United States Housing market one step at a time. It takes people to educate the public on the various changes that have happened in the market over the recent years and especially homeowners need to be given guidance as to how they can avoid foreclosure and this takes people physically going and speaking with them in the correct ways. Lets face it some people are stubborn, but if you explain things and make valid points to someone who isn't educated on a topic then they are going to listen to you, The problem is not enough of this is happening. The banks are terrible about communicating and so is the government, which is a bit difficult to understand considering their lack of communication is costing them more money. This is why I got into real estate and am devoted to helping educate the public on what solutions are available to the difficult situations facing homeowners and homebuyers.

Experience

I have been wholesaling houses for a year now and am looking to move into rehabbing residential properties and buying and holding some residential homes. I have a marketing degree and am very knowledgeable of social media, online marketing, and direct marketing techniques. These are the areas I focus on most.

My real estate investing goals are to do 15 wholesale and 5 rehab deals a year.
