I've been actively investing in residential and commercial real estate since 1986. Currently my firm works in bank-to-bank transactions, specifically related to distressed banks or distressed assets. Our focus in on performing, sub-performing and non-performing loans.
My family has been in remodeling and construction since the 1960's. I started my first real estate investment company in 1996. AcQuity Investments, Inc was formed in 2003 with the intent of becoming commercial investors focusing on notes and loans.
Our goal is to flip $50M per month in residential paper and to acquire $1B in commercial assets that provide acceptable returns to our investors. We are currently a privately held fund with the intent to convert to a REIT.
