Looking or Bird Dogs, Investors, Field Partners, Deals, etc. My strategy is to fix and flip to generate cash for bigger deals. Ultimately I will own numerous multi unit commercial properties. My career is a Media Producer but realize to make big money I need to do something differently. That something is real estate which is a passion of mine. Doing the same thing and expecting different results is insanity. This is a great adventure. Cheers!
