I have started a wholesaling company and am currently looking for deals. I have buyers lined up and can close quickly so am working heavily on locating discount real estate in LA County.

One of my long term goals is to acquire several appartment buildings and other pieces of commerical real estate so I can be financially free and be able to replace the income I make on my job with passive income from investments.

I'm interested in networking with cash buyers, other investors and landlords
who are interested in buying discount real estate.

Besides real estate, I'm an expert in fixing computer systems, both PCs and Macs and run a computer consulting company.
