In my own words...

I'm 28 and have worked in finance for seven years. I have been fairly succesful in this field but I'm now looking to move on and real estate has always been an area of interest. I would like to become a succesful buy and hold long-term investor. I'm joining this website to learn as much as possible from other succesfull investors, especially those more experienced ones who have lived through several cycles.
