Greetings everyone! My name is Ali and I have been investing in real estate for about seven years now. Besides buying and selling real estate I also have a consulting business called Street Smart Consulting where I help people improve their credit score, eliminate debt, remove damaging information and provide education about how the credit industry really works. I have read just about every book out there related to real estate investing, cash flow properties, mortgages, and credit repair. I truly love what I do and hope that I can educate, inspire and help anyone interested in improving their financial wellness.

Experience

Over the last seven years I have analyzed hundreds of potential real estate transactions. At the moment I own four investment properties all with excellent cash flow.


Real Estate Goals

Given the current market conditions my goals are to continue buying as many cash flow properties as possible.
