In my own words...

I am a newbie student of realestate investing. I have chosen wholesaling as my entry level into the profession. I will graduate to rehab and flip. hold and wait is the third tool in my tool chest of objectives. Notes and Lien will round out my full chest of tools. 12 months of wholesale flips will allow me to meet the foundation for the projected future levels of investing with minimum risk.

Real Estate Experience

I have bought and sold a few SFR and managed a few SFR. In april I took a course with Robert Allen and now I am pursuing Real Estate full time.

Real Estate Goals

My primary goal is to master the art of Wholesaling. This is my chosen entry level. This will allow me to build my network while earning modest paydays. Then I will move into rehabbing or fix and flips. Ultimately I'd like to invest in Tax Lien's and Notes. I will buy and hold at some point but cash reserves must be topped off first.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking fixers or rehabs for quick flips. I have a buyers list hungry for wholesale deals. I am also seeking private money investors to fund these cash only deals and lay the foundation for the 2nd level: fix and flips.
