I grew up on the northwest side of Chicago. I attended St. Patrick high school and graduated in 02. I went to the University of Illinois at Chicago where I graduated with an Economics degree in December 2006.
My first job out of college was with Ameriquest Mortgage. I was with them for only 3 months until they went under. I still wanted to stay in mortgage business, so I started to work with Mortgage Lending Direct as a mortgage broker.
I was with Mortgage Lending Direct unitl April 2009. I saw how my bosses were making all this money by investing in real estate and it made me think on what I should do with my life. Mortgage Lending Direct was a great company and I loved the work environment but I had this mindset that I needed to do more.
The only way you can create wealth and get rich is by being an entrepreneur. So I joined the company Nouveau Riche, which is a school for real estate investors. I am learning so much from this company and the mentoring from the other members of this company is unbelievable.
I am actively partnering with people who are interested in real estate investing and business ownership.
Other notes about myself is that I love working out, hanging with friends and just networking. I am a big Chicago sports fan (Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, Bulls).
I have an outgoing personality and just love conversing with different people.

I was a mortgage broker for 2 and half years. Now currently learning the investing side of Real Estate.
This is where the money is at.
Went to an auction in Kane county last week and the investor that I partnered up with, we bought a house that for 31k and the low end value comps were at 140k.
My short term goals are to concentrate on what is hot in the market right now. Foreclosures, Short Sales, Auctions and REO's are my primary focus right now. I am just looking to wholesale these deals out to investors who are willing to pay cash for the properties. I want to build up my capital with these strategies and then I will then start to acquire buy and holds.
